Promotion Details

• Period: December 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025 (inclusive)

• Event Rooms and Public Areas Discount: 10% off the regular price for carpet cleaning services on event rooms and public areas.

• Bedroom carpet cleaning promotion: For every 10 bedrooms cleaned, one bedroom clean will by discounted to zero charge on the invoice.

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all TotalCare Hygiene Services customers who book carpet cleaning services during the promotional period to be carried out within the promotional period.

2. Discount Application: The 10% discount will be applied to the regular price of carpet cleaning services on event rooms and public areas. For bedroom carpet cleaning, the free room clean will be discounted from the invoice after every 10 bedrooms are cleaned.

3. Minimum Service Requirements: To qualify for the promotion, customers must book a minimum of one room clean per service visit.

4. No Cash Alternatives: The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service not specifically mentioned in this promotion.

5. Service Availability: TotalCare Hygiene Services will endeavor to complete all carpet cleaning services within the promotional period, but may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions).

6. Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels their appointment during the promotional period, they will not be eligible for the discount or free bedroom clean.

7. Limit One Promotion per Customer: Each customer is only entitled to one 10% discount and one free bedroom clean under this promotion.

8. TotalCare Hygiene Services reserves the right: To modify, cancel, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
