Eligibility: The promotion is open to all TotalCare Hygiene Services customers who book a qualifying commercial carpet clean during the promotion period to be carried out within the promotion period.

Discount Application: The 10% discount will be applied to the regular price of carpet cleaning of Meeting Rooms carpets and Events Spaces carpets.

Minimum Service Requirements: To qualify for the promotion, customers must book a minimum of one qualifying clean per service visit.

No Cash Alternatives: The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service.

Service Availability: TotalCare Hygiene Services will endeavour to complete all carpet cleaning services within the promotion period, but may at its discretion reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels their appointment during the promotion period they will not be eligible for the discount.

Postponement Policy: If a customer postpones their appointment during the promotional period they will not be eligible for the discount.

Limit One Promotion per Customer: Each customer is only entitled to one 10% discount under this promotion.

TotalCare Hygiene Services reserves the right: To modify, cancel, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
